| Eligibility: |
People aged 35 or above are welcome to participate in the Games. Participants' age is calculated against the first day on which the event commences (i.e. those who were born on or before 5 September 1975 are eligible to participate in the competition). |
| Postponement: |
If Pre-No.8 special announcement, Tropical Cyclone Warning No.8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Signal is issued two hours before the first match scheduled to be held on the event day, all matches on that day will be cancelled and re-scheduled. Participants will be notified of the details in due course. |

[For individual event, concessionary rates at half the normal charges are granted to persons aged 60 or above, full-time students and persons with disabilities and upon production of valid identification documents at the time of payment.]
