Venue:	Shing Mun Valley Swimming Pool (Address: 21 Shing Mun Road, Tsuen Wan)
Eligibility:	People aged 35 or above are welcome to participate in the Games. Participant』s age is calculated against the commencement day of the competition (i.e. those who were born on or before 19 September 1975 are eligible to participate in the competition).
Postponement:	If Pre-No.8 special announcement, Tropical Cyclone Warning No.8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Signal is issued at 7:00 am on the event day, the event on that day will be cancelled and postponed to 26 September 2010 (Sun) at the same time and venue.
