Opening Hours

For enhancement of the cultural facilities and services for our venue users, the Sai Wan Ho Civic Centre (SWHCC) is temporarily closed from 1 April 2022 onwards for the renovation and improvement project. SWHCC is expected to provide professional services for you in the first quarter of 2025 with a brand new look. For enquiries, please contact us at 2550 7309 during office hours (Monday to Friday (except public holidays): 9am - 1pm and 2pm - 5:45pm).

The public may visit other URBTIX outlets or via the URBTIX website www.urbtix.hk, the mobile ticketing app My URBTIX (Android and iPhone versions) and call the credit card telephone booking hotline at 2111 5999 (10am - 8pm) for purchasing tickets during the closure of the venue.

Booking office service hours:	Monday to Friday: 9am - 1pm and 2pm - 5:45pm (except public holidays)
