SmartPLAY Service Counter – Change of Service Hours

The SmartPLAY Service Counter at the Queen Elizabeth Stadium (QES) will temporarily change its service hours to 10am to 6pm daily from 17 March 2026 (Tue) onwards until further notice. Please use the self-service stations at B/F, proceed to the other counters in nearby Sports Centres that are open, or via internet: https://www.smartplay.lcsd.gov.hk.
