Objective
In celebrate of the 29th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) will organise “The 29th Anniversary of the Establishment of the HKSAR - Free Use of Leisure Facilities” on 1 July 2026 to encourage people of all ages to do more physical exercises and develop a healthy lifestyle through participating in a choice of sports activities. A number of fee-charging facilities to be open for free use by members of the public on that day.
