Spectacular Events from the LCSD in Celebration of 25th Anniversary of the Handover
To mark the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), the LCSD is hosting a series of recreation, sports, cultural and arts activities to celebrate with the public. One of the highlight events, the “Sport For All Day 2022”, will be held on 7 August, when various free recreation and sports programmes will be offered at the designated sports centres under the management of the LCSD across the 18 districts, while the leisure facilities thereat will be mostly open to the public for free use. If interested, please do join the programmes or make a timely booking for use of such facilities! In addition, to encourage active public participation in the celebratory events, “Activity Stamp Collection Cards” are being distributed at designated locations, allowing members of the public to collect stamps at the stamping areas in venues of selected events immediately upon participation. Those having collected four specified stamps may redeem one box of commemorative LCSD Board Game for the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the HKSAR designed by an illustrator within this year. This offer is available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stock lasts. |
