To promote local football development, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department has provided venues for the First Division teams of the Hong Kong Football Association to use as their home venues for the First Division League matches since the 2009–10 football season. For the purpose of maintaining the quality of the turf, the number of sessions available for hiring by individuals or organisations per month in each of these venues may be adjusted according to the condition of the turf. The venues for the First Division League matches in the 2011–12 and 2012–13 football seasons are as follows:
