LCSD maintains lists of suppliers of goods and related services for issuing tender
invitations. Application for inclusion as a LCSD supplier is free of charge. Any
firm not currently on the lists but wishing to be considered for inclusion in
these lists may submit a completed application form to the Director of Leisure
and Cultural Services. Application form and related

Prevention
of Bribery Ordinance (Cap. 201) Applications received will be processed by LCSD and the applicants will be notified of the result in writing. Subject to confirmation of their credentials, those firms that are found acceptable will be included in the lists of LCSD suppliers. Their continued inclusions in these lists will depend on their demonstrated ability to offer competitive tenders and on their performance in connection with any order(s) or contract(s) which they have been awarded. LCSD reserves the right to review the status of a firm in the light of any new information relevant to its qualification.
Suppliers on the lists will be invited to tender
for the category(ies) of goods or related services, for which they are included,
as and when opportunities arise. Interested parties
