Remarks

:

As this is the first time for participants to compete in two different groups, the organizer reserve the final right on grouping arrangement. Participants shall not raise any objection.


Points to note: 1.

Participants should be aware of their health condition, and consider whether it is suitable for them to enrol in this Games. In case of doubt, please consult a doctor prior to the enrolment of activity.

2.

Each participant may enter one individual and one team event each, i.e. a maximum of two events, and submit one enrolment form for each event only. The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) reserves the right to disqualify any participant who has made repeated enrolments or has submitted an incomplete enrolment form.

3.

The LCSD reserves the right to adjust the quota of each division subject to the enrolment condition.

4.

If the number of participants/teams enrolled in any division is less than two, the LCSD reserves the right to cancel the event in that division.

5.

In case only one participant/team turns up and completes the event on the day of competition, he/she/the team will still be awarded the prize.

6.

Participants/teams must perform in the event specified in their enrolment forms, and amendment on site is not allowed. Those who wish to change the participating event must submit their application on or before 21 May 2012.
