2026 - 29 Venue Partnership Scheme - Invitation for Proposals
The 6th round of the Scheme will be implemented from April 2026 to March 2029. The LCSD is now inviting eligible performing arts groups/organisations to submit proposals for the Scheme.
The 6th round of the Scheme aims to foster a partnership between the performance venues and performing arts groups/organisations with the following objectives: (i) enhance the artistic standards and competitiveness of venue partners by setting key performance indicators, requiring them to secure sponsorships from the business sector and private donors, and to strengthen marketing strategies; (ii) strengthen venue positioning and match venues with suitable venue partners to optimise the use of existing facilities and present more venue-specific programmes; (iii) encourage community participation to broaden the audience base and promote the development of performing arts at the community level; and (iv) select the best and suitable arts groups as partner organisations, thereby fostering diversified and professional development of arts and culture.
