Briefing Sessions

Two identical briefing sessions will be conducted in Cantonese for performing arts groups/organisations at Function Room AC2, Level 4, Administration Building, Hong Kong Cultural Centre at 10:30 a.m. on 4 July 2025 (Friday) and at 11:30 a.m. on 14 July 2025 (Monday) respectively.

Interested performing arts groups/organisations should send their duly completed Registration Form to pvontwvps@lcsd.gov.hk by 2 July 2025 (Wednesday). Early registration is advised as places are limited. Each arts group/organization may appoint up to two representatives for one of the sessions.
