Self-service Ticketing Kiosks Booking

• Unless otherwise specified, self-service ticketing kiosk booking is available to all events from the first ticket sale date. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay without PIN authentication, Octopus, Alipay, WeChat Pay or Faster Payment System.
• The maximum payment limit of credit cards per transaction is HK$1,000 in view of the requirement of respective card organisations and payment platform, while the Octopus is HK$3,000. For others such as Alipay, WeChat pay and Faster Payment System, the maximum amount allowed is determined according to the customer's own payment settings. Customers may check with the respective organisations for details.

• Customers purchasing tickets through internet, mobile app and telephone booking can choose to collect their purchased tickets from self-service ticketing kiosks by the same credit card (except virtual card) used for the booking or by claim ID (please use the automatically generated claim ID by the system upon ticket purchase and your user-defined password) to collect the tickets.
