Arrangement for Booking Applications

For enhancement of facilities and services, the Kwai Tsing Theatre will be temporarily closed from 23 November 2026 to 21 March 2027 for the improvement and refurbishment works (with the works at Black Box Theatre last till early April 2027).  Booking applications for the major facilities (Auditorium and Black Box Theatre) and minor facilities during the said period are not accepted.  

For enquiries, please contact the Booking Office at 2406 7505 during office hours (Monday to Friday (except public holidays): 9am-1pm and 2pm-5:45pm).

“Pilot Scheme on the Use of School Venues by Arts Groups”
(2026/27 School Year Term 1) Booking - Opens for application

Booking application for the “Pilot Scheme on the Use of School Venues by Arts Groups” (2026/27 school year Term 1) will be accepted from 15 April until 29 May 2026. Non-profit organisation may hire the school venues for rehearsals during after-school hours.
