Booking Procedures
Organisations of PWDs can make booking applications 3/6 months in advance. For instance, booking applications for non-peak slots of main arenas in July 2024 should be made by sending the specified application forms for the Scheme to the booking offices concerned between 1 and 31 December 2023. While booking applications for non-peak slots of sport climbing walls in December 2024 should be made by sending the specified application form for the Scheme to the venues concerned between 1 and 31 August 2024. Venue staff will verify the eligibilities of the organisations and process the booking applications.
