Non-governmental organisations (NGOs)/schools participating in the Scheme may collect potted flowers remaining in the showground after the Show for re-planting. Free delivery service will be available (maximum quantity restriction applies).
Notes to Applicants:
Applicants must be either NGOs registered under the Societies Ordinance or schools registered under the Education Ordinance.
Free delivery service will be available for each successful applicant collecting up to around 50 pots of flowers (pot size: about 15 cm in diameter). Successful applicants collecting flowers in excess of the above quantity should arrange for their own delivery.
Interested NGOs/schools should complete and return the application form on or before 10 March 2014 (Monday). Quotas apply and applications will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis. Late applications will not be considered.
All applicants will be informed of the result on or after 11 March 2014 (Tuesday). Representatives of successful applicants should attend the showground of the Flower Show from 8:30 to 10:30 am on 17 March 2014 (Monday) to select their potted flowers. Those applicants whose representatives fail to turn up during the above period will be considered as having withdrawn from the Scheme.
The NGOs/schools concerned should make arrangements to take delivery of the flowers, which will be delivered to them on 17 March 2014 (Monday).
