  Customer Liaison Meetings

To strengthen direct communication with customers and gather their views on how our services could be further improved, Customer Liaison Meetings have been held at civic centres, libraries and museums. These meetings give the department immediate access to users' comments on services offered, while also providing a channel to explain its policies and services to the public. These initiatives are in line with the department's commitment to meet public expectation and needs by delivering quality services in a cost-effective manner.
