How to borrow

The elderly in need can borrow umbrellas at the park offices or the designated lending locations from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. A borrower is required to show his or her identity document to venue staff and complete simple registration procedures. Each person may only borrow one umbrella each time. The umbrellas are available for loan while supplies last.

Notes to borrowers

The umbrellas can only be used within the park area. Borrowers are required to return the umbrellas to the park offices or put them into designated “umbrella drop boxes” within the same day.
