Priority Venue Hiring Policy for Cantonese Opera Performances and Special Booking Arrangements

Sha Tin Town Hall Improvement and Refurbishment Works
(from 18 August 2025 onwards)

 

For enhancement of the cultural facilities and services for our venue users, the major facilities of the Sha Tin Town Hall will be temporarily closed from 18 August 2025 onwards for improvement and refurbishment works.  Details are as follows:

Facilities	Closure Period
Auditorium	18 August 2025 – 14 February 2026
Cultural Activities Hall	18 August – 19 December 2025
Exhibition Gallery	18 August – 19 December 2025 (except Sundays and Public Holidays)

During the aforesaid closure period, other venue facilities will remain open as usual, and the Exhibition Gallery will remain open on all Sundays and Public Holidays.  For enquiries, please contact the booking office at 2694 2550 during office hours (Monday to Friday (except public holidays): 9am – 1pm and 2pm – 5:45pm) or the duty staff at 2694 2509 during the opening hours of the Sha Tin Town Hall.
