Jazz Improvisation x Tea Appreciation

There may not be direct correlations between Jazz and Tea, and that is the main purpose of our extraordinary experiment this time. While Jazz can be said as the flow of rhythm, tea pouring is also the flow of water.
From cooking, dripping to soaking, how the mingle of water and tea leaf varies the taste of the tea. The rhythm of the water flow results in how strong or soft the tea will be.
With the improvisation of Guzheng and Keyboard, the control of music rhythm and water flow are going to lead to an "improvised" tea taste that is "Ichi-go ichi-e", which means "once in a lifetime".

Performers : Season Li (Tea Artist), Bowen Li (Piano/Composer), Alison Lau (Guzheng)
