Early Treasures: Celebrating UNESCO's "World Day for Audiovisual Heritage"

Introduction

In 2005, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) designated 27th October of every year as the World Day for Audiovisual Heritage. It is an important part of a global effort to raise awareness of audiovisual documents as an integral part of national identities. In support of the World Day for Audiovisual Heritage, we are presenting our recently re-constructed title, Wedding Bells for Hedy (1959).
