Objective
In celebrate of the 77th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) will organise “The 77th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China - Free Use of Leisure Facilities” on 1 October 2026 to encourage people of all ages to do more physical exercises and develop a healthy lifestyle through participating in a choice of sports activities. A number of fee-charging facilities to be open for free use by members of the public on that day.
