The department's activities are funded in the government's General Revenue Account. The newly designed Customer Appreciation Card enables staff to have direct feedback on their services. In-house training class for LCSD staff members. Staff members learn the techniques of cutting water lily bulbs at an 'interest class'. The bi-monthly newsletter is an effective channel for staff communications.
