their
life
calm
and
still.
They
are
Mr
Chow,
Ms
Lee
and
Ms
Tong.

sub
reinterpreted
some
inspiring
concepts
from
these
three
people's
belief
and
routine
into
a
series
of
practice.
With
the
aim
of
spreading
contentment,
a
set
of
workshops
are
designed
for
the
public
to
participate.
Some
of
them
are
extended
in
communities
in
Hong
Kong
and
Japan
in
the
form
of
public
campaign.
The
campaigns
have
been
launched
one
by
one,
including
‘Paper
Tearing
Pen-pal
Therapy',
‘Fold
a
Banknote.
Twice
as
Good'
and
‘1-hour
Before
Sleep
Audio
Exchange'.
In
2020,
Hong
Kong
House
showcased
L
sub's
outcome
based
on
the
above
open-ended
collaborative
art
practices,
turning
the
Hong
Kong
House
to
a
shelter
for
quiet
reading
and
contemplation,
and
to
aspire
visitors
to
search
for
their
own
peace
of
mind.
