凡已购买2019香港青年音乐营音乐会I 门票的观众，请把该音乐会的完整门票或网上订票系统确认书列印本交回香港大会堂之城市售票网售票处或音乐事务处以下2个音乐中心办理即时现金退票手续。
Patrons who have purchased ticket(s) to 2019 Hong Kong Youth Music Camp Concert I please visit URBTIX counter at the Hong Kong City Hall or the two Music Office Music Centres below and return their ticket(s) or printed copy of Internet Booking confirmation slip for immediate cash refund.

• 经城市售票网网上购票或其他购票方式所产生之手续费均不设退款。
  All service/handling/administration charge arising from URBTIX Internet Booking System or other booking methods are non-refundable.
• 门票或网上订票系统确认书列印本所印资料如有任何删除、涂改，或遭损毁、污损或残缺不全，持票人的退票申请或不被接受。
  Refund request may be rejected if any details on the ticket or printed copy of Internet Booking confirmation slip have been omitted or altered or if the ticket or printed copy of Internet Booking confirmation slip is damaged, defaced, or otherwise mutilated.
• 如有争议，音乐事务处保留最终决定权。
  The Music Office reserves all rights of final arbitration in case of any dispute.
