Music Office Children's Choir performed at the "2025 Zhuhai-Hong Kong-Macao Choral Concert"

Music Office Children's Choir (MOCC) was invited to perform at the "2025 Zhuhai-Hong Kong-Macao Choral Concert" on 2 November 2025 at the Zhuhai Grand Theater Opera House. This concert brought together outstanding choirs from Zhuhai, Hong Kong, and Macao, weaving a chapter of friendship through choral music.

 

The MOCC presented four widely known choral works in the concert. The performance began with Liebergen's arrangement of Vivaldi's Jubilate! Joy We Bring! filling the hall with vibrant energy. This was followed by a lively rendition of Sorenson's arrangement of Saint-Saëns' Carnival of the Animals: Choral Set I, showcasing the whimsy and imagination within the melodies. MOCC then presented Enders' Ride on Green, conveying the joy of a spring outing through its cheerful rhythm. The performance concluded with Papoulis' We are the Voices, where the dedicated and focused singing of the choir sincerely expressed their profound love for music. This concert allowed the choir members to demonstrate the musical talent and vitality of Hong Kong's youth and fulfilled their role as youth music ambassadors for Hong Kong. They successfully promoted music cultural exchange among Zhuhai, Hong Kong, and Macao.
