Enrollment on a first-come-first-served basis:
In Person: Applicants should return the completed enrollment forms, together with their entry fees, to the Tuen Mun Recreation and Sports Centre to complete the enrollment procedures. At the time of enrollment, applicants must produce their identity documents (original or copy) for verification.

By Mail: Applicants should post the completed enrollment forms, together with a crossed cheque payable to “The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region”, copies of their identity documents (to be destroyed after verification) and a stamped self-addressed envelope to the Tuen Mun Recreation and Sports Centre.

For applications received on the same day, priority will be accorded to the applicants who enroll in person.

Remarks: If payment is made by cheque, a separate cheque is required for each application form. Applicants must ensure the information on the cheque(s) is correct; otherwise, their applications cannot be processed and they will be disqualified from enrolment.

Notes to Participants:

(1)	Participants should join the division according to their date of birth.
(2)	Each participant is allowed to participate in a maximum of two divisions which must include one single division and one Parent-child’s Double, namely Men’s Single and Parent-child’s Double or Women’s Single and Parent-child’s Double. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to have enrolled in more than two divisions.
(3)	Any participant who takes part in Parent-child’s Double Division will automatically enter the respective Single Division.
(4)	If the number of participants/teams in any division is less than 3 (which is insufficient for holding the event), the Organiser reserves the right to merge the division with that of younger/older age or cancel all events of that division. The participants should have no objection.
(5)	Participants must complete all the four events from A to D. Otherwise they may be disqualified by the Organiser.
(6)	Eligibility for participation is non-transferable. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the competition if such transfer case is found.
(7)	Entry fees will not be refunded to a participant who is disqualified and the results achieved by the participant will be cancelled.
