In March 2002, the department successfully amalgamated the two different computer-booking systems of the former Provisional Urban Council and Provisional Regional Council into the new LCSD Leisure Link booking system. Under Leisure Link, members of the public can easily book leisure facilities and enroll into recreation and sport programmes across the territory. They can book via telephone, Internet, or by visiting a Leisure Link booking counter.

	Leisure Link is a computerised booking network that enables the public to book leisure facilities across Hong Kong through the Internet, by telephone or at booking counters.
