Wai Tsuen Sports Centre

Introduction

Wai Tsuen Sports Certre is located at 6 Miu Kong Street in Tsuen Wan (at the east of Luk Yeung Sun Chuen). The Sports Centre was opened to the public on 11 December 1993. The Sports Centre offers variety of recreational facilities for individual and group rental during opening hours. The Sports Centre organizes different kinds of recreational and sports activities every month for the public.

Facilities

  • A multi-purpose arena which can be used as 2 basketball courts/2 volleyball courts or 8 badminton courts
  • 3 squash courts (2 courts can be served as Table Tennis Room and 1 court can be served as Table Tennis Room / Multi-purpose Activity Room) (Ancillary facilities: Sound equipment and gymnastic mats)
  • 1 activity room with 103 M2 (Ancillary facilities: Wall mirrors, dance bars, sound equipment and gymnastic mats.)
  • 1 fitness room with 103 M2
  • First-aid room
  • Men's and ladies' Changing rooms and toilets
  • Barrier Free Facilities: Accessible Toilet, Accessible Lift (with Assistive Listening System), Tactile Guide Path, Visual Fire Alarm System, Braille Directory Map/Floor Plan
  • Fee-charging car park with 18 car park spaces (including 1 accessible parking space)


Opening Hours

7am to 11pm daily (except maintenance days)


Maintenance Day

7am to 1pm on the 2nd & 4th Monday of each month
(If a maintenance day falls on a public holiday, it will be rescheduled to the next working day.)
