Tsing Yi Southwest Sports Centre

Introduction

Tsing Yi Southwest Sports Centre is located at 70 Chung Mei Road, Tsing Yi, New Territories (adjacent to Occupational Safety and Health Council OSH Academy). It was opened on 26 July 2017, it provides diversified recreation facilities to the public. Individuals and groups are welcome to hire the venue facilities.

Facilities

  • 1 Multi-purpose arena which can be converted into 2 Basketball Courts, 2 Volleyball Courts or 8 Badminton Courts, 1 set of fixed Spectator Stand that provided 200 seats and another 4 set of retractable Spectator Stands with 600 seats
  • 1 Multi-Purpose Activity Room with area of 98 m2.(Ancillary facilities: Wall mirrors, dance bars, yoga mats and sound equipment.)
  • 1 Fitness Room with an area of 110 m2
  • 1 Table Tennis Room with an area of 90 m2 that provided 2 Table-tennis tables
  • 1 Dance Room with area of 200 m2 (Ancillary facilities: Wall mirrors, dance bars, yoga mats and sound equipment.)
  • 1 Children's Playroom with an area of 350 m2
  • 1 Outdoor Sport Climbing Wall with 8 lanes of 4 different levels of difficulty (only for use by holders of qualifications recognised by the relevant National Sports Association)
  • 1 Public Address System
  • 1 First Aid Room (3/F)
  • Male's and Female's Toilets cum Changing Room (1/F)
  • Male's and Female's Toilets (3/F)
  • Baby Care Rooms (1/F & 3/F)

Opening Hours

7am to 11pm daily (except maintenance days)


Maintenance Day

7am to 1pm on the 1st & 3rd Monday of each month
(If a maintenance day falls on a public holiday, it will be rescheduled to the next working day.)
