"XCHANGE: Make Over Make Good" module, "Fair Food," partners with Benjamin Yiu and John Lam to explore food justice. Through a variety of public participation activities, we work together with the community to develop an ecologically sustainable food system.

Chapter 3: "Wise Choose"
XCHANGE : Make Over Make Good join hands with Dr. Tristance Kee to infuse new insights into the conventional menu, diet and fresh produce display, and delve into the factors that influence our food choices, including meal patterns, nutritional needs and psychological determinants. Together we learn to choose food wisely for optimal health.

Chapter 4: "Wise Joy"
The abundance of food often plays a crucial role in festive feasts. Typical party food is all about the taste and auspicious symbolic meanings, however this short-lived happiness will add burdens to the nature and our bodies. This chapter strikes a balance for healthy eating at joyful times, and discovers ways to eat wisely during feasts.

Chapter 1: "Wise Eat"
Discussing the Wise Eat Culture, this chapter reflected on the relationships between people, food and nature from an artistic way of thinking with local farmer Rebecca Siu. We learned from Hakka food culture which is famous for its thriftiness. Their food wisdom which was derived from deprivation was captured on videos, offering insights on how we can adopt "Wise Eat" in the age of abundance.

Chapter 2: "Wise Give"
In collaboration with the Conservancy Association, Wise Give infused new insights into recipes, boxed meals and menus, as well as discovering innovative ways of food sharing. With the idea of eating wisely on the table borne in mind, the chapter continued encouraging the public to "eat responsibly".

Homemade soup can invigorate our bodies and minds, and it delivers the message of care and comfort without words. We partner with our host Lili Ho to make a variety of nutritious soups with simple ingredients, which fills the people around us with love and devotion.

In-season Thursday
Devoted to promoting urban planning, Oi! encourages green eating lifestyle and food upcycling in the community. We partner with our farmer to introduce the tips and tricks of planting as well as cooking of seasonal vegetables, revealing their values and nutrition. Green eating is just a simple step to life.
