XCHANGE: Make Over Make Good is going to launch a new module "Fair Food" to explore food justice. Through a variety of public participation activities, we work together with the community to develop an ecologically sustainable food system.
It will focus on discussing the Wise Eat Culture in the first phase. Reflecting on the relationships between people, food and nature from an artistic way of thinking, it is to provoke an innovative, eco-friendly and people-friendly way of life, and have greater and more creative options when preparing for the next meals.
Besides that, we also learn from Hakka food culture which is famous for its thriftiness. Their food wisdom which was derived from deprivation will be captured on videos, offering insights on how we can adopt "Wise Eat" in the age of abundance.
