2019/20 Arts Experience Scheme for Senior Secondary Students

Introduction

The Arts Experience Scheme for Senior Secondary Students was fully launched in the 2009/10 school year to encourage senior secondary students to attend charged performing arts programmes to tie in with the “Arts Development” under the New Senior Secondary Curriculum implemented in the same year. The scheme offers a wide spectrum of activities specially designed for senior secondary students, with added interactive and educational elements to stimulate their creativity and enhance their ability of aesthetics appreciation and arts criticism. In the 2019/20 school year, the scheme is offering 18 programmes covering various art forms, including drama, dance, music, Cantonese opera and multi-media, with each programme complemented by tailor-made extension activities.
