Tickets will be available for sale through two channels: “Online Public Sale” and “Registration for Ticket Ballot”.
I. Online Public Sale
Performances on sale: 10-12 October (Saturday-Monday) and 15 October (Thursday), four performances in total
Tickets available from: 10:00 a.m. on 24 August (Monday)
Ticketing channels: Tickets can be purchased via URBTIX website (www.urbtix.hk), the mobile ticketing app and the telephone booking service ((852) 3166 1288).
Payment by credit card only. (There will be no counter booking nor self-service ticketing kiosk services)
Ticket purchase limit: Each credit card is limited to a maximum cumulative purchase of two tickets.
II. Registration for Ticket Ballot (Must include at least one concessionary ticket for a senior citizen)
Performances on sale: 13-14 October (Tuesday-Wednesday), two performances in total
Ballot registration period: 25-27 August (Tuesday-Thursday). Registration arrangements are as follows:
(A) Online registration on the URBTIX website
Registration Period: From 10:00 a.m., 25 August (Tuesday) to 9:00 p.m., 27 August (Thursday)
(B) Registration at designated performance venues
Registration dates: 25 August (Tuesday) to 27 August (Thursday)
Registration hours: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Registration venues: Balloting Registration Service Counters will be set up at Hong Kong City Hall, Hong Kong Cultural Centre and Sha Tin Town Hall, where staff will assist members of the public with registration for the ticket balloting.
Each person will be eligible to register for just one ballot.
A maximum of two tickets can be applied for in each registration.
Seats for successful applicants will be allocated by computer system. Seat selection is not available.
Each purchase must include at least one concessionary ticket for a senior citizen, which cannot be upgraded to a standard ticket.
Only one performance and one ticket price can be selected in each registration. If two tickets are applied for, both tickets must be for the same performance and at the same ticket price.
All registrations have an equal chance of being selected in the ballot. There is no need to rush to register.
Duplicate registrations will be disqualified from the ballot.
Correct information must be provided during registration, including the registrant’s full name (as shown on their identity document), a mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS messages, and an email address (for online registration). No changes will be accepted once submitted.
Upon successful registration, registrants will receive a confirmation email (for online registration) or a registration acknowledgement slip (for registration at a Service Counter) confirming completion of the registration.

Announcement of Ballot Results and Ticket Purchase Arrangements
Successful applicants will be notified by SMS between 3 and 5 September (Thursday-Saturday) with dedicated purchase code.
Successful applicants must visit an URBTIX outlet at any LCSD performance venue* between 6 and 9 September (Sunday–Wednesday) and present the SMS with the dedicated purchase code to purchase their allocated seats.
Successful applicants who fail to purchase tickets within the stipulated period will be regarded as having forfeited their right to purchase tickets without further notice. No ticket reservations will be arranged.
Each drawn applicant is eligible for one ticket purchase transaction only. All tickets must be purchased in the same transaction. Any unused ticket quota will be forfeited once the transaction is completed.
The performance date, ticket price and number of tickets allocated will be based on the information provided during registration and cannot be changed at the time of purchase.
Tickets issued through the ballot are non-refundable. No change of seats, performance or programme date will be allowed.
Venue staff reserve the right to request proof of age from holders of concessionary tickets for senior citizens. Those who fail to produce such proof will be refused admission.
Other Terms and Conditions
LCSD and URBTIX will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from failure to register within the stipulated period, incorrect information or any errors caused by computers or transmission of information.
The information collected will be used solely for the ticket ballot and ticket purchases. For details of personal data collection and the privacy policy, please refer to URBTIX’s “Security & Privacy” page.
In the event that the programme is postponed or cancelled, or ticketing operations are disrupted, due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, adverse weather (e.g., Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal), an epidemic or restrictions imposed by government legislation, LCSD will announce contingency arrangements as appropriate in the circumstances and reserves the right of final decision.
LCSD reserves the right to revise, amend or interpret these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
LCSD reserves all rights of final arbitration in case of any dispute.

Concessionary Tickets
Half-price tickets are available for full-time students, senior citizens aged 60 or above, people with disabilities and the minder, and Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) recipients. Tickets for CSSA recipients are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Concessionary ticket holders must produce evidence of their identity or age upon admission.
