Post-dated cheque is not acceptable), copies of Hong Kong identity card and relevant water sports certificates (if applicable) and a stamped self-addressed envelope with a title "Application for LCSD Water Sports Membership Scheme" to Tai Mei Tuk Water Sports Centre at Main Dam, Plover Cove Reservoir, Tai Po.
