St. Stephen's Beach Water Sports Centre > Introduction

The St. Stephen's Beach Water Sports Centre is perched on the Stanley Peninsula, Southern District, Hong Kong Island. Facing Stanley Bay and opposite Chung Hom Kok Peninsula, the Centre is a perfect place for water sport. Facing southwest and overlooking Lamma Island, Stanley Bay is battered by strong gusts of southwesterly wind in summer, making it a great place for training courses that require higher skills in a choppy sea. In autumn, with the winds coming from the east and the northeast, the Bay is relatively calm. Novices may take this opportunity to acquire the basic skills more easily. The centre closed on Tuesday.
