Note 1: Participant is eligible to apply for the Hong Kong Sailing Federation (HKSF) Certificate at next higher level if they do hold the relevant certificate(s) issued by HKSF and has satisfactorily completed all the requirements in the HKSF syllabus.
Note 2: Applicant should possess at least 80 hours sailing experience (excluding training hours) within at least one sailing season i.e. any 9 consecutive months or longer.
