(1)	Places allotted on a "First-come-first-served" basis「」
	(1.1)	Enroll in person at any Water Sports Centres , District Leisure Services Offices (DLSOs) or any recreation and sports venues with Leisure Link Services
			Applicants should return the completed enrollment forms, together with their entry fees, to any water sports centres, DLSOs and any designated recreation and sports venue (including Sports Centres/ Tennis Courts/ Park Facilities, Tuen Mun Recreation and Sports Centre and Holiday Camps) on the date(s) of enrollment. Applications will be processed until all the quotas are filled.
			At the time of enrollment, applicants must produce their identification documents (original or copy) and proof of relevant and valid qualification for verification.
			Unless otherwise stated, each applicant may only submit one application form at one time. Those who want to enroll in more than one activity must queue up again.
	(1.2)	Enrollment by mail
			Applicants should mail the completed enrollment forms, together with a crossed cheque payable to 'The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region', copies of their identity documents (for verification only), photocopy of proof of relevant and valid qualification and a stamped return envelope to the relevant water sports centre 6 working days (excluding Sunday and Public Holiday) prior to the commencement of the activity. Enrollment will be treated on a first-come-first-served basis. For applications received on the same day, priority will be accorded to the applicants who make the enrollment in person.
	(1.3)	Enrollment by telephone (Tel.: 2927 8080 )
			Applications may only reserve one place in one programme with 「」stated on the programme sheet per call.
			Reserved programmes will be held for the applicant's confirmation by payment at any water sports centes, relevant booking offices within three days from the date of reservation. Applicants should return the completed application forms with photocopy of proof of relevant and valid qualification and produce their identification documents (original or copy) for verification.
			Applicants may enroll in activities through telephone starting from 8:30am on the first date of enrollment.
	(1.4)	Enrollment by LCSD website (http://leisurelink.lcsd.gov.hk/?lang=en)
			「」means the activity also accepts on-line enrollment via LeisureLink Internet Booking on a first-come-first-served basis.
			Applicants may enroll in activities through the LCSD website (http://leisurelink.lcsd.gov.hk/?lang=en) starting from 8:30am on the first date of enrollment.
	(1.5)	Enroll in person at specific Water Sports Centre
			「」means the activity should be enrolled at the water sports centre organizing the activities and the application would be processed on a first-come-first-served basis
(2)	Places allotted by "Balloting" 「」
	(2.1)	Submission of Application Form:
			Applicants should submit the application forms in person, by post or by fax to the relevant centres on the specified date.
			Each Applicant should submit only one application form for the same type of activities (e.g. all kayaking activities belong to the same type of activity) within the same enrollment period. Applicants who duplicate their enrollments or submit incomplete applications will be disqualified. However, if applicants want to apply same type of activity at different centres (e.g. Kayak training courses at TMTWSC & WSWSC), they should submit separate forms to concerned centres for independent balloting.
	(2.2)	Balloting, Posting of Results and Payment Settlement:
			Place are allotted by balloting which will be held on the specified balloting date after the closing date of application. The centre will draw the list of successful applicants and the waiting list for the activities at the same time. And the Centre will notify the successful applicants to settle the programme fee within 7 working days after balloting and the applicants on the waiting list will also be informed of the arrangement by mail .
			Results of the successful applicants and the applicants on the waiting list will be posted in the respective centre and LCSD homepage 5 days after balloting.
			Successful applicants must bring along their notification letters, identification documents (original or copy), proof of relevant and valid qualification and entry fees to any water sports centers, DLSOs or any Leisure Link Outlets for enrollment.
			Those who fail to settle the payment and complete the enrollment procedure within the specified period will be regarded as waiving their rights. The places left unfilled after balloting will be opened to the applicants on the waiting list.
			No priority number will be assigned to the applicants on the waiting list.
	(2.3)	Enrollment procedure for the applicants on the waiting list:
			If there are any places left unfilled after balloting, they will be opened to applicants on the waiting list. And they should settle the programme fee within the specified period at all DLSOs or Leisure Link outlets on first-come-first-served basis (Enrollment on the first day starts from 8:30am).
	(2.4)	"Date of Open Enrollment for Remaining Quota":
			If there are still unfilled places after the payment due date on the waiting list, these places will be open to the public on the "Date of Open Enrollment for Remaining quota" starting at 8:30am, via LCSD website (not applicable to free-of-charge programmes), DLSOs, Telephone booking and the Leisure Link Outlets, for enrollment on a first-come-first-served basis.
	(2.5)	"Date of Open Enrollment for Remaining Quota" :
			The date of Open Enrollment for Remaining Quota for all training courses will be stated in the Monthly Programme of water sports centres.
