The Invitation for Proposals document is now available at all LCSD performing arts venues or can be downloaded from the LCSD website (www.lcsd.gov.hk/vps). Submissions can be made in either Chinese or English. For joint proposals, all participating performing arts groups/organizations should sign to indicate their consent to the Proposals and the appointment of the Principal Proponent representing therein (Please refer to Form 2(b)).
Proposals and the completed proposal forms, together with all supporting documents, marked with ˇ§Venue Partnership Schemeˇ¨on the envelopes, should be forwarded by mail or in person during office hours (Mon. to Fri.: 9am ˇV 5:30pm) to:

The closing date for submission of Proposals is 5 January 2009 (5:30pm). Postal submissions postmarked on or before this date will be acceptable.?Late proposals or proposals via fax, email or other digital form shall not be accepted or processed by the LCSD.
