There are a total of 50 suites
located on the East and West Executive Suite Levels
at the Hong Kong Stadium. Each suite is about 40
square meters in size, fully air-conditioned and
provided with a pantry, a toilet and 24 enclosed
seats. It is also equipped with a telephone, a television
and other general fittings. The Executive Suite Holder
may use the suite during events at the Stadium or
apply to use the suite for holding meetings or seminars
on non-event days. Moreover, the Holder may apply
to sublet the suite to other persons during event
days. On approval, the Stadium management will retain
15% of the rental derived from the subletting.
For all events in the Stadium,
the Holder is entitled to 30 tickets for each event
day. Subject to the arrangement of the event organizer,
the Holder shall have priority to purchase additional
tickets for those seats on the spectator stand immediately
in front of the suite.
In total, there are four lounges
and bars on both Suite Levels for the use of the
spectators. Private catering service or light refreshment
for meetings or gatherings inside the suite can also
be arranged through the official caterer of the Stadium
at separate charges.
Upon the acceptance of the application
for lease, the Holder is required to provide a security
deposit equivalent to two months of the suite rental
for due and proper performance of the agreement.
