Smoking (Public Health) Ordinance (Cap.371) |
Under the newly amended Smoking (Public Health) Ordinance (Cap.371), the Hong Kong Stadium become statutory no smoking areas with effect from 1 January 2007.
The no smoking areas includes:
- Pitch;
- Sidewalk immediately adjacent to the pitch; and
- Spectator Stand.
No person shall smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe in above area, or else will be liable to a maximum fine of $5,000.
