According to the Fixed Penalty (Smoking Offences) Ordinance, anyone who smokes or carries a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe in statutory no-smoking areas of Hong Kong Stadium will be issued with a $1,500 fixed penalty notice by the authorized officers of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.

The statutory no-smoking areas of Hong Kong Stadium include:

1. Grass Pitch;
2. Spectator Stand.
