The DV will be
for the exclusive use by the event hirer, who can solicit commercial
advertisements for display on the DV during the event. All the revenues
generated from these advertisements will be retained by the hirer.

|
The DV will only be used to provide live coverage of
the event. There will NOT be any commercial advertisement airtime allowed
to be displayed by the hirer on the DV during the event. The Stadium
Management and its advertising agent can arrange to solicit commercial advertisements
on the DV during the event. All the revenues generated from this
arrangement will be retained by the Stadium Management.

Only for events with amplified sound and is to cover
the contract service charge by the independent sound monitoring agent.
The service can be arranged directly by the event hirer, but the agent
should report the sound readings to the Stadium during event for sake of
better sound control to avoid breach of the Noise Control Ordinance.

Remarks :

|
|
|

The Basic Charge does not include Optional Items,
which are subject to the need of the event hirer.
|
|
2.
|
Item (j) is the requisite cost charged by the Police
for their duty inside Stadium during event and is to be borne by event
hirer for holding public / spectator events at the Stadium.
|
|
3.
|
Sale
of merchandise and event programme, if applicable, shall be charged at
25% of the total gross receipts.
|
|
4.
|
For special events, the fee scale will be separately
devised on negotiation with the hirer subject to the detailed
requirements of individual event.
|
|
5.
|
The above fee
scale is subject to revision at the discretion of the HKSAR Government.
