As a package deal, the hirer of the Stadium will normally be provided with:
(a)	an Event Manager to coordinate the hirer's requirements for the event;
(b)	security services;
(c)	ushering and stewarding services;
(d)	cleaning services;
(e)	technical services in respect of the in-house lighting and floodlighting, PA system, Press and TV facilities, electricity and water supply, etc;
(f)	first aid services;
(g)	designated rooms for use of the hirer, including the Hospitality Suite, Multi-use Room, changing rooms and two Star Dressing Rooms, etc;
(h)	public catering service by the franchised caterers of the Stadium;
(i)	Stadium Box Office (24 counters) for ticket selling before and on event day;
(j)	car parking spaces; and
(k)	an Event Control Room (equipped with Closed Circuit TV and PA systems) during the event to meet the various requirements of the hirer and to cope with emergency situations.
Charges for special services and provisions:
(a)	requisite Police services during events;
(b)	use of the Diamond Vision Screen to provide live coverage of the event and to maximize advertising opportunity;
(c)	use of the electronic Scoreboard;
(d)	Souvenir Shops for the sale of event merchandise;
(e)	sound technicians;
(f)	setting up of terraplas (pitch protection system) and chairs;
(g)	Executive Suite(s) and any additional Hospitality Suite;
(h)	distribution of event promotional items; and
(i)	private catering services provided by the franchised caterer of the Stadium.
