With the flame for the 11th National Games holding in hand, a swimming athlete of the Delegation, Mr Lum Ching-tat entering the Press Room with other guests.		Officiating at the press conference were (from left to right) the Secretary General of the Organising Committee (Organising Committee) of the HKSAR Delegation to the 11th National Games, Mr Pang Chung; the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Delegation, Professor Frank Fu; the Chairman of the Organising Committee, Mr Timothy Fok; Organising Committee member, Mr Bobby Cheng; and the Secretary General of the Organising Committee, Miss Olivia Chan.
	The HKSAR Delegation will send about 230 athletes to take part in 25 events in the 11th National Games of the PRC.		The Chairman of the Organising Committee, Mr Timothy Fok, and a swimming athlete of the Delegation, Mr Lum Ching-tat, attended the Launching Ceremony of the 11th National Games Torch Relay in Beijing on August 16 and immediately brought the flame back to Hong Kong, marking the territory-wide commitment to the Games.
