IFPRA World Congress Hong Kong 2010 was held in the Hong Kong City Hall. Comprising the High Block and the Low Block, connected by a garden, the Hong Kong City Hall is located at the waterfront area in Central District on the Hong Kong Island. 

It is very easily accessible from all districts of Hong Kong by the Mass Transit Railways, or the Star Ferry from Tsim Sha Tsui on the opposite side of the Victoria Harbour.  More details of the venue can be found from its website:
