The 4th Hong Kong Games Opening Ceremony will be held on 27 April, 2013 (Saturday). Free admission tickets will be available at the District Leisure Services Offices of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department from 12th April, 2013 (Friday) on a first-come-first-served basis.
