The Second Hong Kong Games

The 2nd Hong Kong Games Standing Committee (SC) was set up by the OC in May 2008 with a view to planning and implementing various items of organising work for the 2nd HKG in a more effective way. Apart from the five District Council representatives selected on a geographic basis sitting on the OC and a representative from the sports sector, the SC also comprises representatives from the education sector, the media/public relations sector and the elite athletes. The composition of the SC is as follows:
