19/5(Sat)	10 am to 12 noon		Participants of the Invitation Relay will receive training on bun tower climbing provided by the Hong Kong Mountaineering Union
19/5(Sat)	1 pm to 6 pm	Selection of Finalists for the Bun Scrambling	12 finalists will be selected according to their speed and they will take part in the "Bun Scrambling Competition"
20/5(Sun)	12 am to 6 pm	Climbing Carnival	Demonstration on the techniques of bun tower climbing and safety measures by the Hong Kong Mountaineering Union Bun Tower Climbing Challenge (divided into groups of master, adult, youth and family) Game stalls (Bun Festival and climbing sports will be the main theme) Variety show
24/5(Thr) - 25/5(Fri)	11:30 pm on 24/5 to 12:30 am on 25/5	Bun Scrambling Competition	Competition Events 1.Individual Events 12 finalists will take part in the "Bun Scrambling Competition" The finalists who grab the largest number of buns and with the highest scores within three minutes will be the winners Invitation Relay (Three persons per team) The neighbouring areas and Cheung Chau local organisations will be invited to take part in the event (8 teams in total) To competing with top speed by grabbing the designated buns Performance programmes Cultural and entertainment programmes will be arranged before the competition and the prize presentation ceremony.
