- Conspicuous notices have been put up in parks to remind
the public not to have any contact with birds or their droppings.
- Our staff will step up patrols and urge the public not
to feed birds or have contact with birds. Anyone who fails
to comply with the regulation will be prosecuted.
- A set of educational and promotion panels for prevention
of avian flu prepared by the Department of Health have been
displayed at each aviary and Yuen Po Street Bird Garden
of the LCSD to further remind the public about the message.
