Introduction to Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Delegation
   
   
  The 4th All-China Games (the Games) will be held in Hefei City, Anhui Province from 16 to 26 May this year. This is the first time that the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) government formally organises a delegation to take part in the Games, sending 92 athletes and 32 officials to compete in 19 competition events, including aeromodel, billiards, body building, bowling, bridge, Chinese chess, dancesport, go, golf, health qigong, life saving, lion dance, marine modelling, orienteering, rock climbing, roller sports, shuttlecock, squash and water skiing.

Mr Donald TSANG Yam-kuen, Chief Executive of the HKSAR is the Honorary Chef de Mission of the Delegation, Mr TSANG Tak-sing, Secretary for Home Affairs and Mr Raymond YOUNG Lap-moon, Permanent Secretary for Home Affairs are Chef de Mission and Honorary Adviser respectively while the Hon Timothy FOK Tsun-ting, President of Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong (SF&OC), China and Mrs. Betty FUNG CHING Suk-yee, Director of Leisure and Cultural Services are Deputy Chef de Mission.

To handle all matters pertaining to the participation in the Games, the HKSAR government set up the Organising Committee (OC), which is chaired by the Hon Timothy FOK Tsun-ting with members from the SF&OC, the sports sector, the Home Affairs Bureau and the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD). The Executive Committee was formed under the OC to carry out all the work relating to the organisation of the HKSAR Delegation to the Games while the LCSD has assumed the Secretariat duties of the OC.
