- 1 spectator stand with 800 seats for audience of swimming competitions and water galas

- 1 multi-purposes arena that can be converted into 2 basketball courts, 2 volleyball courts or 8 badminton courts
- 1 spectator stand for 200 people
- 2 table-tennis rooms
- 1 room for either table tennis or squash
